GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) — Despite leading by 11 points in the fourth quarter, the Green Bay Blizzard collapsed late against the Arizona Rattlers, and fell 51-47.
The Blizzard defense could not find a way to stop the Rattlers, who scored 15-unanswered points to close the game. Arizona failed at an onsides kick, which gave Green Bay the ball back with a three point lead late in the fourth quarter. The Blizzard could not convert on 4th and 3, and Dalton Sneed capitalized for the Rattlers to ultimately win the game.
Green Bay falls to 1-2, and will host the Tulsa Oilers on April 11th for the team's next game.
