KAUKAUNA, Wis. (WFRV) - After taking home the Holy Cross tournament championship last year, Team Unintentional has made it back-to-back titles following a 95-92 overtime victory in this season's championship.
Despite trailing by nine early in the second half, the team comprised of graduating seniors, who are all playing at the collegiate level, from the state fought back to force OT and win another title. Tournament MVP Xzavion Mitchell dropped 30 points in the victory, while Ashwaubenon's Amari Allen paced that tally with 20 of his own.
