XAVIER, Wis. (WFRV) - As the leading scorer on this year's Xavier squad, junior Brynn Krull's journey to earning that title took time. Over her first two seasons of varsity basketball, the guard dealt with a bevy of obstacles, keeping her off the court for an extended period of time.
During the summer before her freshman year, Krull tore her ACL in her left knee. After rehabbing for close to a year, she returned to the court for the playoffs. After just three games back, Krull tore the same ACL in the regional final. But instead of putting basketball aside, the soon-to-be-sophomore went back into rehab in order to be back for her junior season.
