OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) - Oshkosh North senior Stevie Clark became the school's all-time leading scorer two weeks ago. The future division one basketball player, who is off to Colgate next season, passed Frank Seckar's record set back in 1992. With the rest of February and playoffs still remaining, Clark's goal of 2,000 points is just a couple hundred away.
The senior's level of success, especially this season, averaging just over 21 points per game, is a large reason why the Spartans sit atop the FVA with an 11-2 conference record. Although Clark's performances on the court have set himself up for a bevy of accolades, he credits the Clark's off the court for the competitive edge that's taken him to new heights as a star varsity athlete.
